I charge 75% of the service for all no call no show appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You are allowed 2 reschedules before the appointment is canceled. To get back on my books you’ll will have to pay for the service upfront. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit.
